I purchased this shopping cart for my mom, who lives in a large city in Europe and does a lot of shopping at fresh markets, boulangeries, butcher shops etc rather than large supermarkets buying everything at once (which involves quite a bit of walking for her). We “test drove” it a few days ago and were very satisfied, except for one minor issue – the handle doesn’t extend and the cart tends to run into one’s feet once in a while. My mom is not very tall (about 164cm) and the handle seemed a little short even for her. I will buy an extension, which should easily fix the issue
Here is what we liked about it: sturdy, foldable frame and good size wheels, which easily handled various terrains, including cobblestone. The bag itself is made out of sturdy material and even after being caught in a rain, everything inside stayed dry. Also, the bag is spacious. At one point we had in it two medium sized cabbages, two bags of potatoes (3kg each), around 3-4kg of various fruits, 1 liter of milk, several loafs of bread, 2 liters of juice, cold cuts, two baby chickens, various (smaller) dairy items and a bottle of wine. It was at its max capacity but did great. In regards to stair climbing feature, I didn’t think there was a whole a lot of advantage. If the stairs are not tall, it does fine, but regular wheels would do just as well. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Needed a new grocery cart to replace one I had for a year that broke.We like going downtown and shopping at the farmers market and the shops around town once a month.I like this new cart alot the wheels are bigger and the stand alone is nice no matter how much you have in it.The price was great also.

I bought this for my grandmother who recently moved to an apartment in the city. She was having a terrible time hauling around groceries and books from the library. She LOVES this; can’t get over how lightweight it is. She uses it to take the city bus to the grocery store or library, and hauls her things back to her apartment, down the stairs. Would definitely recommend, especially for elderly.

I am on my second VersaCart and I love it. My first one broke when my father-in-law accidentally stepped on one of the wheels, he is a heavy guy so don’t blame the cart
It folds to fit inside a small trunk and it can carry so much weight you can’t believe. I use it on Costco, groceries around town, cat litter bags and anything too heavy or bulky for me. Also, it helped a lot during our move!
