Top Twelve Tips for being a Bombshell!
Bombshells are not Bimbos, don’t be afraid to use your intelligence and shine! Keep up to date with what’s happening in the world by checking out online news or reading newspapers regularly. No matter who you are talking to, you will be able to find something to chat about – Bombshells love to talk to new people and the more you know, the more you will make them feel at ease.
Confidence and a smile are the most attractive things you can wear! Take time to practice your smile in front of a mirror and develop a different smile for different occasions, if you save your very best smile for certain people they will feel very special and noticed. When a situation calls for your best smile, imagine you know a big secret; it makes you look mysterious and approachable at the same time.
Choose glamour over comfort! We all know how to look great but sometimes you just can’t be bothered, right? Imagine on that today you run into the man of your dreams, or the business contact that will be the key to your hard-earned success. Approach every day as if it’s the day you are going to meet the person you most want to impress – always look your best and save the comfy tracksuit for lounging at home.
Flirting should not be restricted to first dates or when you really want your man to treat you! Flirting is a fabulous art that needs to be practised daily and used constantly. Don’t reserve it for the opposite sex – use it with men and women…not only does it make the person you are flirting with feel great but it will give you a boost too. A win-win situation!
Be a Bombshell, not a Diva. There’s a world of difference between the two, so make sure you don’t venture to the dark side! Divas are a pain; deliberately late, rude, awkward, and think they’re superior to everyone else. Bombshells are only late if absolutely unavoidable, think everyone is their equal, and find all people fascinating. Bombshells are always charming, polite and kind to people – that’s why everyone loves them!
Bombshells wear their hearts on their sleeve and share their feelings readily. You’re capable and intelligent, so showing a little vulnerability occasionally will remind people that you’re human. Don’t be afraid to give people sincere compliments, they will be deeply appreciated. Like any gift, the more you give, the more you’ll receive. When you give someone a compliment, always include the word ‘you’ and the impact of your compliment will be ten-fold. For example, rather than saying, “That’s a great dress” say, “You look great in that dress”.
Always make a positive, confident entrance! Bombshells always look and feel great. Always remember that if someone is looking at you, it’s because they are appreciating how fabulous you look. When you walk into a room full of people, do so with your head held high, shoulders back and smile!
Love the body you have. Don’t wish that you were slimmer, taller or prettier – you are a perfect individual just the way you are. Appreciate all your good points and make the most of what you have by always making an effort, using clever make-up and learning how to construct outfits that take full advantage of your fabulous shape and colouring.
Don’t be afraid to make eye contact with people and give them your full attention. When making eye contact, you appear interested, sincere and trustworthy. Learn more about body language – when you talk to someone, make a mental note of what you like when other people talk to you, don’t be afraid to touch someone when you talk to them. Learn the subtle art of body language and you will communicate better and connect more with others.
Work those heels! If you can’t walk properly and confidently in your high heels then practice, practice, practice, until you can. Heels are the epitome of Bombshell style – they assist your posture, give you presence and ‘wiggle’. One tip when practising is to walk around Tesco in your heels using a shopping trolley to steady you.

Always carry a mirror! You never know when you are going to bump into someone that you’ve been dying to meet. To look your best, it’s always worth checking after your delicious lunch that you don’t have a big dollop of food in your teeth, or if you’ve been laughing with friends that you don’t have panda eyes!
