We’ve had this cart for about 2 years. It was working fine, until the back wheels started to wobble. Once that started the cart lasted 2 trips. The mounting for the back wheels is not superb, and once they go, that’s it. Maneuvering it around the grocery store can be a pain as it has some trouble turning, even though the front wheels swivel.

I’ve never had one of the chrome type carts where none of the wheels swivel, so I’m sure this is easier to maneuver, but don’t expect it to handle like a grocery store cart. I’m not sure if those chrome carts are more durable or not, but they look like they might be. Also, it’s kind of short, so if you’re of 5’9″ or taller expect to bend down to push it. One last thing, since the front wheels swivel and the cart is not super stable, it’s nearly impossible to push with one hand.

I live in New York City and use ths cart extensively for all my shopping – so it’s a lot of walking and schlepping! The stroller-like foldaway design makes it much easier to run other errands without dragging around a bulkier cart (like – you can go to brunch with the cart and go shopping after). I do have issues with the construction and, like another reviewer, the height. I have to stoop to push it and I’m 5’8″. Also – the back wheel attachment issue is a REAL problem. I am on my third cart because after 6 months the wheel axle will wear through the struts and wobble. It’s useless after that. Because of this, the claim that it can carry up to 100 lb is bogus. 50 lb tops – and don’t do that too often! The whole cart is made very sturdily except for the way the wheels are attached (a rod through a hole in the back legs). This is a serious flaw. If you are OK with paying for a cart that will break after 100 or so trips -then go for it. If you live in a city and do a lot of shopping on foot – either resign yourself to spending this money for the fold-up convenience and “chicness” of the Versacart – or just stick to the old metal granny cart!

I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex so when it’s time to do the laundry I need something that could hold a large load of clothes + detergent. I wanted something that could also fold/collapse and yet lightweight but most importantly not flimsy. This cart is the perfect solution. It’s not heavy, it folds, and it’s pretty sturdy. Not only that but the rear wheels are big which is perfect for going up/down the steps. The rear basket is really handy for detergent, fabric softener, etc. The matching liner is a really nice bonus too. It fits like a glove and has a cover too. The liner has velcro fasteners. Assembly was pretty straight forward for me but for those not mechanically inclined they might assemble it incorrectly because the pictures are kinda hard to see.

Despite the description above (which says “solid rubber tires” twice), when I received this cart the wheels were entirely plastic. The overall quality seemed cheap and flimsy as well. I returned it right away. If you’re looking for a cart like this I highly recommend buying a Narita Trading brand cart. They’re the only ones I’ve found that seem sturdy.

I got this to help carry groceries the five blocks to and from my house. On the third trip out I hit a curb and the handle bent in half at the rivets. Its made of simple hollow tubing and NOT as sturdy as you would believe by the discription.

Each cart from Narita Trading comes with name tag in the front of the basket. Either under the brand of ” Easy Wheels” or ” Load Runner”. On the back of the tag, you will find model number and UPC code for after services.

Some of their picures even show Narita’s brochure and instruction sheet, this is what Amazon has called ” a knock off “.

As an apartment dweller, I was looking for a heavy duty cart for laundry (to/from basement laundry room) and shopping (for heavy loads of groceries from car to apt.). This product meets both those needs very well. When ordering I was a little apprehensive about the size of the smaller basket to accommodate the larger bottles of laundry products. It turned out to be adequate at 6″ X 17″ X 13″ deep, although I could have used more space for large bottles of detergent, fabric softener, bleach and (smaller bottles of stain remover), but the design doesn’t easily yield that. The main basket stood up to a heavy load of 3 24-bottle packs of bottled water. Overall I’m very pleased.

My ex nicknamed it the Granny Cart but I feel like I can do alot more with this cart. I live in NYC and I go to the laundromat and grocery store (I do alot of walking) so this is very easy to push around with my clothing or groceries. The only downside is that I am tall (5′ 10″) so sometimes I slouch to push it. However, moving heavy things is made easy with this.

Very handy as we live in the city and need something sturdy enough when we walk to the super market and load it up. It folds easily when not in use. I bought this cart on the reviews given to other brands of cart that didn’t hold up and those buyers had bought one of these. I had also gotten a ‘cheaper’ folding cart from another company and the back wheel went bad the first time out. This one has been GREAT!! I’ve been using it for carrying heavy bottles of water and heavy bags of groceries in general. It’s roomy and I have been about to fit four bags of groceries in the bottom and than lighter stuff on top (naturally). I’ve have been able to fit two 25-lb. bags of juicing carrots in it and still had room for more big items inside it. I’ve had,I think that I’ve been at or close to the max. weight limit for this cart and it hasn’t failed me yet. The four 2.5 gal. water bottles that I fit in it are approx.98lb. and then there are the groceries on top of that. The four water bottles plus two bags of juicing carrots are 148lb. And I’ve been able to do it. I don’t too often because it is rather heavy for me and I don’t want to stress the cart out too much. I do try to keep the weight below 100lb. just so it’s easier for me to move it. Also, it won’t stress the cart out to it’s max. weight limit. I highly recoment this cart to anyone that needs a cart to carry heavy groceries or any other heavy packages. I use it for laundry too. I bought the cart liner and that is good for keeping what I’m carrying in the cart private. The only thing that I can say bad about it is I had trouble with the springs that I put on the wheels I’m not very good with my hands(arthritus). I had my aide help me with that part. The company is solid. They care about giving customers a solid durable well built cart. Not all cart makers or dealers are as good as perfectbuyz is. I did have to contact them and they helped me with some problem with the cart.

This cart is too small. The Target stores didn’t have them anymore. Not that easy to put together. And can see why the wheels don’t stay on with what they are put together with. Another retailer had the same one for less. By the time I paid tax, shipping and handling this cart was more. I don’t have a car so the only reason I ordered it online. I really like Target but this was a great disappointment. I put the cart back in the box. It would do if I only needed a small cart. This won’t hold much of anything. If I can’t get a way to take it to the store will be out the money. I read how to put it together but makes no sense to me. Target you need to do better than this. The ones you sold in your stores were big. But they fell apart too.

I bought this cart from Stacks and Stacks several weeks ago and I am really pleased with it. It requires very little assembly(just the wheels) and the instructions were very easy to follow. I take it to the supermarket 2-3 times a week and, the supermarket is one mile away from my house. So I would say I take it 4-6 miles every week, and I load it up with items such as 12 packs of soda, 2.5 gallon water, and cat litter along with the rest of my groceries. It is also a very nice looking cart, as I do not see many of these carts in chrome and the black handle is thick foam, not plastic as I have seen on other carts. I am very pleased with this cart, it is just what I wanted : )

The reviews suggested that this would be a great pack for teachers. I have found this to not be true. The plastic at the bottom is much too thin to handle a pack of papers and books. Mine cracked to pieces. It was hard to believe because I am careful with my equipment and also am careful about what I spend my hard earned money on. Well, after using it for about a month, I had cracked pieces all over my car and classroom. And I bought the 39 dollar crate, not the 20 dollar one. You know, nothing is better than a milk crate. A milk crate lasts forever, even though it looks a little tacky. I would not suggest you spend your money on this product. Cindy
